95th Annual Grand Session July 18 - 20, 2011
Deborah Grand Chapter's 95h Annual Grand Session will convene at the Radisson Penn Harris Hotel and Convention Center, Camp Hill Bypass & US 11 & 15, Camp Hill, PA 17011, Monday, July 18 to Wednesday, July 20, 2011. The hotel room rate is $117.00 plus 9% Occupancy Tax for single/double/triple/quad. The phone number for reservations is (800) 333-3333 or hotel direct at (717) 763-7117. This is a smoke free facility! The deadline for hotel room reservations is by midnight on June 13, 2011. I cordially invite you all to join the Grand Worthy Patron and me to attend this Annual Session.
The official opening of the 95th Annual Grand Session will be performed by Blanche P. Nottingham Chapter No. 84, First O.E.S. District. This is the Chapter of the Grand Worthy Patron.

The following pre-convention activities will be held Saturday, July 16, 2011, Sunday, July 17, 2011 and Tuesday, July 19, 2011:
CONVENTION REGISTRATION
The Pre-Registration fee for the Grand Session is $45.00. Included in your registration is the cost of the Saturday Evening fun-time program. The Pre-Registration Deadline is: June 30, 2011.
The On-Site Registration fee is $50.00 - NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR ON-SITE REGISTRATION. All members, including Grand Chapter Officers, are requested to Pre-Register. There is NO Registration fee for Past Grand Worthy Matrons or Past Grand Worthy Patrons. Chapters who have Past Grand Worthy Matrons/Patrons must list her/his name on the Chapters Registration Form. Elected Grand Chapter Officers (excluding the Grand Worthy Matron and Grand Worthy Patron) are to submit their Registration Fee to their Chapter Secretary.

Online Pre-Registration
Members may register Online for the 95th Annual Grand Session by accessing DGC's website at:
http://web.memberclicks.com/mc/page.do?orgId=oes. Log in using your assigned username and password. From the Community link at the left-middle of screen, click on "Event List". Click the link entitled: DEBORAH GRAND CHAPTER, OES, PHA, 95th ANNUAL GRAND SESSION.
You will then be redirected to the Event Details page containing the link "Click Here to Register". You must be logged in with your username and password in order to complete the registration process. Please do not register another person under your username login. Your login is tied to your member data and their name/address will overwrite yours in our database. You will need their username and password to register them.
There will be NO payments using CREDIT CARDS this year.
Payments by check: Members may pay by check for registration and associated events. Fill out the registration form and click "Submit". On the next page, just choose to decline the credit card option. A confirmation page for your registration will display. Please make checks and money orders payable to the DGC Convention Committee and mail before June 30, 2011.

Sunday Evening – Chapter of Sorrow
Grand Worthy Patron, Grand Associate Patron, Grand Lecturer, Grand Warder, Grand Marshall and Grand Sentinel; black tuxedo, white shirt, black bow tie, black socks and shoes, white gloves, purple rosette and
O. E. S. Regalia. Past Grand Worthy Patrons, District Lecturers (male), Worthy Patrons, Associate Patrons, and Male Members; black or dark suit, black bow tie or long black neck tie, black socks and shoes, white gloves, purple rosette and O. E. S. Regalia (if applicable). District Lecturers (females), black robe, mortarboard, white gloves, black hosiery, black shoes and purple rosette.
Monday Morning – Opening of the Grand Chapter
Grand Worthy Patron, Grand Associate Patron, Grand Lecturer, Grand Warder, Grand Marshall and Grand Sentinel, white tails, white shirt, white bow tie, white socks and shoes, white gloves and O. E. S. Regalia.
Past Grand Worthy Patrons, District Lecturers (male), and Grand Hosts, white tuxedo or white suit, white shirt, white bow tie, white socks and shoes, white gloves and O. E. S. Regalia. District Lecturers (females), O. E. S. dress; long white gown or white suit with long skirt with O. E. S. Regalia.
Monday Evening – Banquet
Grand Worthy Patron, Grand Associate Patron, Grand Lecturer, Grand Warder, Grand Marshall and Grand Sentinel, optional white tuxedo or white jacket, black pants, white shirt, green cummerbund or vest, green bow tie, black socks and shoes. Grand Hosts and Male Lecturers dress is optional.
Remainder of Grand Session
Grand Worthy Patron, Grand Associate Patron, Grand Lecturer, Grand Warder, Grand Marshall and Grand Sentinel; black tails, white shirt, black bow tie, black socks and shoes, white gloves and O. E. S. Regalia.

GRAND SESSION DRESS CODE FOR FEMALE MEMBERS
All white dress or suit, shoes, handbag, jewelry, gloves and hosiery.
No dresses, suits or splits above the knees.
No plunging necklines ( back or front)
Long sleeves or sleeves below the elbow
DRESS CODE FOR CHAPTER OF SORROW
Black robes for Elected and appointed Grand Chapter Officers. The team members and Past Worthy Matrons may also wear black robes. (if they so choose).
