Dear Brother, The new millennium poses
challenges and opportunities for us all, personally and as a united fraternity
dedicated to the welfare of our member families and our communities.
Individually we look to our faith for guidance, and together we work for the
common good of all that is important to us for our future. That's why I am sending you the
enclosed Masonic lapel pin, featuring our Square and Compasses and the letter
"G", surrounded by a circle of life wreath, to represent our hope for
the future of our families, communities and fraternity. I hope it will inspire
you to financially support our efforts to fund the vitally needed capital
improvement and maintenance programs. I

Our New Millennium
Renaissance Program was implemented as an action plan to raise a
million dollars for property development and building grants throughout our
jurisdiction. This is based upon a pledge program in which members commit to a $
500 donation, thereby qualifying for matching grant money from the Absalom Jones
Foundation. The Foundation's Mission is to improve the quality of life for those
in need through collaboration with our Masonic Fraternity. I know that not every member can
afford a $ 500 pledge, but I believe that it takes everyone's participation and
commitment to assure our future together. Therefore, I am asking you to make a
donation of any amount that you can afford at this time. Your donation will be
greatly appreciated, and combined with donations from your Brethren will
significantly help us to meet our goals for this year . Let
me send you another gift If you are able to donate just $
50, or more, I will send you a unique Masonic pocketknife (as shown on the
enclosed donation form), with the same Masonic emblem as your Lapel pin attached
to the handle, and featuring an LED light and key chain. This useful tool will
serve as a daily reminder of your generous participation in your Masonic
Fraternity. But, even if you can't
do this, please send us some amount today, while it is fresh in your mind. Your
support is greatly appreciated. Complete the enclosed donation form and make you
