The 130th Annual Convocation of the Pennsylvania Council of Deliberation to be held on Saturday, November 12, 2011, to conclude on Sunday, November 13, 2011; and same to be held at the 

Our host for this session shall be St. Cyprian Consistory #4, and Pittsburgh Assembly #6. The Host Committee under the direction Committee Chairman G.I.G. Andre McGee, 33, is working diligently to provide the delegates with the type of amenities we are accustomed too on this occasion. The highlight of their preparation will be the friday night hospitality for all delegates consisting of "light food" and drink. The Loyal Ladies of the PA State Grand Assembly will be conducting their Queen's contest selection during this period. We respectfully request that during this session we all conduct ourselves within the dignity of the Order with our mode of dress and mannerisms. Ever remembering that we are the elite and we must always project ourselves as such.

PRE-REGISTRATION

All Illustrious Sirs, Actives, Active Emeriti and Honorary, All Commanders-in Chief, Most Wise and Perfect Masters, Thrice Potent Masters, their Officers and all Sublime Princes are also required, expected and requested to pre-register and to be in attendance. It is expected by this Deputy that those Illustrious Sirs, Commanders-in Chiefs, Most Wise and Perfect Masters, Thrice Potent Masters and their Officers will be in attendance at this session. It is also expected that due notification to the Deputy will be forthcoming from any of the above listed should they be unable to attend this session. Remember, all of us asked for these titles/positions, therefore, all of us should be diligent and respectful of the responsibilities associated with the titles/positions. Take heed and govern yourselves accordingly.

The pre-registration fee is $85.00. This cost includes the Badge, Kit, the Friday night hospitality, a ticket to the Awards Banquet and a ticket to the Prayer Breakfast on Sunday morning. Anyone desiring additional Banquet tickets may secure the same by mailing their check for $50.00, made out to the PA Council of Deliberation, to the Illustrious Grand Secretary, G.I.G. Willie W. McCoy, 4916 Killington Dr., Harrisburg, PA 17112. Loyal ladies and Guests desiring to attend the Prayer Breakfast on Sunday Morning should secure a ticket at the time of their registration. The cost of the ticket is $25.00.

THE DEADLINE FOR PRE-REGISTRATION IS OCTOBER 21, 2011.

ON SITE REGISTRATION FEE WILL BE $95.00.

HOTEL REGISTRATION

All room reservations are to be submitted directly to the "DOUBLETREE HOTEL, 101 MALL BLVD, MONROEVILLE, PA 15146". Telephone number 412-373-7300, Fax 412-373-3915. When making the reservation mention the PA Council of Deliberation to be assured of getting the convention rate of $97.00 plus tax(14%). Hotel registration will require at least (1) nights lodging guarantee via a major credit card. Non Smoking Corner (larger) rooms are $117.00. The deadline date to secure the convention rate is October 21, 2011.
