The 126th Annual Convocation of the Pennsylvania Council of Deliberation to be held on Saturday, November 10, 2007, to conclude on Sunday, November 11, 2007, and same to be held at the- 

Our host for this session shall be Whitney M. Young, Jr., Consistory #88, and the Loyal Ladies of M.E.T. Carroll Assembly #62, Order of the Golden Circle. The Host Committee is preparing for a Hospitality Hour for the registrants. The details have yet to be fully confirmed. Additional information will be forthcoming. The Loyal Ladies of the PA State Grand Assembly, Order of The Golden Circle, are preparing for an event during this time for your entertainment.

PRE-REGISTRATION

All Illustrious Sirs, Actives and Honorary, as well as All Commanders-in-Chief, Most Wise and Perfect Masters, Thrice Potent Masters, their Officers, and all sublime Princes are also required, expected, urged and requested to pre-register and to be in attendance. (See Article 201)   The pre-registration fee is $75.00. This cost includes the Badge, kit Invitation to the Friday evening Hospitality Hour, a ticket to the Awards Banquet on Saturday evening, and a ticket for the Breakfast & Devotional Hour on Sunday morning. Notification of the tentative head-count must be made to the Hotel for their preparation. Therefore, strict attention to the Pre-registration deadline date is essential. Loyal ladies and Guest desiring to attend the Breakfast & devotional hour on Sunday should secure a ticket for same by submitting the necessary remittance at the time of registration. No tickets will be sold at the door!

THE DEADLINE FOR PRE-REGISTRATION IS OCTOBER 20, 2007. ON SITE REGISTRATION FEE WILL BE $80.00.

All room reservations are to be submitted directly to the hotel: Avalon Hotel, 16 W. 10th Street, Erie, PA 16501 (814-459-2220, FAX 814-459-2322). Please adhere to the deadline date on the Hotel Registration card to ensure accommodations and to receive the special convention rates.

Hotel pre-registration should include one night's deposit of ($87.00) plus tax deposit is required to confirm your reservation.  (Major Credit Cards Acceptable).
