The 125th Annual Convocation of the Pennsylvania Council of Deliberation to be held on Saturday, November11, 2006, to conclude on Sunday, November 12, 2006, and to be held at the- 

Our host for this session shall be Nimrod Consistory No. 9 and Loyal Ladies of Harrisburg Assembly No. 50, Order of the Golden Circle. The Host Committee is preparing for a Hospitality Hour for the registrants to be held at the Hotel on Friday evening, (November 10, 2006 ) at 7:00 P.M. The location will be noted prominently in the Hotel Foyer. The Loyal Ladies of the PA State Grand Assembly, Order of The Golden Circle, are preparing for an event during this time for your entertainment.

PRE-REGISTRATION

All Illustrious Sirs, Actives and Honorary, as well as All Commanders-in-Chief, Most Wise and Perfect Masters, Thrice Potent Masters, their Officers, and all sublime Princes are also required, expected, urged and requested to pre-register and to be in attendance. (See Article 201)   The pre-registration fee is Seventy- five ($75.00). This cost includes the Badge, kit Invitation to the Friday evening Hospitality Hour, a ticket to the Awards Banquet on Saturday evening, and a ticket for the Breakfast & Devotional Hour on Sunday morning. Notification of the tentative head-count must be made to the Hotel for their preparation. Therefore, strict attention to the Pre-registration deadline date is essential. Loyal ladies and Guest desiring to attend the Breakfast & devotional hour on Sunday should secure a ticket for same by submitting the necessary remittance at the time of registration. No tickets will be sold at the door!

All room reservations are to be submitted directly to the hotel: The Crown Plaza Hotel (Valley Forge), 260 Mall Boulevard, King of Prussia, PA 19406. Forms were sent to each Consistory and are self explanatory. Strict compliance with the instructions as printed on the Reservation Form is necessary. Please get your reservations in as soon as possible so that you may be assured a room.  

The Crown Plaza Hotel (Valley Forge), 260 Mall Boulevard, King of Prussia, PA 19406, will ensure accurate reservations if your request is received by October 16, 2006.  Request received after this date may not be eligible to receive convention rate or availability. Strict compliance with the instructions as printed on the registration form is necessary.  A one night's deposit of ninety-four ($94.00) dollars deposit is required to confirm your reservation.  (Major Credit Cards Acceptable).
