Our host for this session shall be St. Cyprian Consistory No. 4 and Loyal Ladies of Pittsburgh Assembly No. 6, Order of the Golden Circle. The host Committee is preparing for a hospitality hour for the registrants to be held at the hotel on Friday evening, November11, 2005 a 7:00 P.M.
PRE-REGISTRATION
All Illustrious Sirs, Actives and Honorary, as well as All Commanders-in-Chief, Most Wise and Perfect Masters, Thrice Potent Masters, their Officers, and all sublime Princes are expected, also required urged, and requested to pre-register and to be in attendance. (See Article 201) The pre-registration fee is Seventy ($70.00).
Please complete the registration card and enclose with check or money order payable to The Pennsylvania Council of Deliberation and mail to the Chairman of Credentials and Registration on or before October 21, 2005.

HOTEL REGISTRATION
All room reservations are to be submitted directly to the hotel: The Radisson Hotel (Pittsburgh) Forms were sent to each Consistory and are self explanatory. Strict compliance with the instructions as printed on the Reservation Form is necessary. Please get your reservations in as soon as possible so that you may be assured a room.
The Radisson Hotel (Pittsburgh) 101 Mall Boulevard, Monroeville, Pa 15146, will ensure accurate reservations if your request is received by October 20, 2005. Request received after this date may not be eligible to receive convention rate or availability. Strict compliance with the instructions as printed on the registration form is necessary. A one night's deposit of ninety ($79.00) dollars deposit is required to confirm your reservation. (Major Credit Cards Acceptable).
