CALENDAR OF EVENTS - April 2010

Greeting Members of the Ladies of the Circle of Perfection and Royal and Select Masters:
The 22nd Annual General Grand Conference, Royal and Select Masters, PHA, USA and the 5th Annual General Grand Conference, Ladies of the Circle of Perfection, PHA, USA will convene Friday, April 30, 2010 - Saturday, May 1, 2010 at the Millennium Maxwell House Hotel, 2025 Rosa L. Parks Blvd, Nashville, TN 37228 - 615.259.4343 (FAX 615.313.1327).
Deadline for making hotel reservations is March 30, 2010. Any remaining rooms after this date will be released back to the hotel.
Conference Code:
Attendees making reservations should ask for the GC R&S LOCOP block code.

Registration
The deadline for conference registrations is April 1, 2010. Registrations after this date and on site conference registrations will cost you an additional $25.00. On site registrants are not guaranteed a conference kit.
Souvenir Ad Book
The deadline for submitting ads is March 1, 2010. Email ads will not be acted upon without payment.
Membership Fee
The membership fee for all members (male & female) of the Ladies of the Circle of Perfection is $10.00. Your membership fee - check payable to: GGC LOCOP - along with the membership application return to:

Tyler and GRCA Jerome Abner and their staff of Grand Officers at 2:00pm on Friday, April 30, 2010.
KYCH/PYCH Attendees
If you are a member of the KYCH/PYCH and will be attending their session which will convene at the Millennium Maxwell House Hotel prior to our session, when making your hotel accommodations you too should ask for the above block code to receive the conference rate. Information regarding your conference registration fee and other related information, the KYCH/PYCH leadership will communicate that information to you.
The Tennessee Jurisdiction is busy planning for our arrival. Please assist them by adhering to the deadlines in the conference packet.
