8 & 9, 2005






Beginning April 8, thousands of Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge masons will converge on
Wyomissing,
Pennsylvania for the 190th Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge Annual Mid-Year session. The session will take place at the
Sheraton Reading Hotel, Wyomissing,  PA 
and will conclude on April 9, 2005.






The One Hundred and Ninetieth Annual Mid-Year Session of the Most Worshipful Prince Hall
Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania, will convene at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, April 8,
2005
and at 8:30 A.M. on Saturday, April 9, 2005 at the -






SHERATON READING HOTEL

for the purpose of reviewing the state of the craft, transacting all
business that may constitutionally and legally confront us in this session.



An Occasional
Lodge will convene on Friday, April 8, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. by John S.
Watson Lodge No. 23.




PRE-REGISTRATION



The fee for Pre-Registration will be Forty-five
($45.00) dollars.
Brothers of the craft will pre-register through their respective lodges on Form No. 2. 
This form and the apropos check or money order must be forwarded to the Grand
Secretary on or before March 23, 2005. ALL FEES MUST BE PAID BY CHECK OR MONEY
ORDER.



NOTE:


All Grand Lodge Officers, both Elected and
Appointed MUST register in advance, with the proper fee on Form No.
3
, and forwarded to the Grand Secretary on or before
March 23, 2005.




ON-SITE REGISTRATION



The fee for 0n-Site Registration will be fifty-five ($55.00) dollars.
  The Committee will be available at the site

HOTEL RESERVATIONS



The Sheraton Reading Hotel will ensure accurate reservations if your
request is received by March 8, 2005.  Request received after this date
may not be eligible to receive convention rate or availability. Strict
compliance with the instructions as printed on the registration form is
necessary.  A one night's payment of eighty-nine ($89.00) dollars deposit
is required to confirm your reservation.  (Major Credit Cards Acceptable).

MASONIC DRESS



All Grand Lodge Officers must be properly dressed (Tails) for both days
of the session. On Friday and Saturday ALL Brothers will be required to attend
the sessions  dressed in Dark Suits, Aprons and Gloves. 




NOTE: Worshipful Masters and Wardens of all
Constituent Lodges will be permitted to wear their Collars.

"Dispensation" from the required source to reschedule said meeting is given. 
The trustees for "4301" and "1117" will be given written notice of the
same before
March 23, 2005 of the official rescheduling. 





HIGHLIGHTS





On Friday, April 8, 2005 - Grand lecturer, Brother Malcolm E.
Harris, and team will provide Masonic Instructions on proper funeral work.


On Friday April 8, 2005 - There will be a social event Disco
Dancing
sponsored by the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge from 7:00 P.M. 
- 11:00 P.M. for a fee of $15.00.


Note:    There will be shuttle buses available
to take you to and from the shopping mall.
